Eco-Friendlypackaging.com uses paper made from a variety of plant fibers to develop products that are eco-friendly and sustainable. "Tree free" papers are made from a variety of plant fibers and are incorporated in products. At Jennifer Rose Packaging Solutions we use "Tree-free" papers for a variety of packaging including, jewelry boxes, jewelry hang tags and display cards, boxes for confections, stationery, personal care items. When blended plant fibers make one of the most luxurious and eco-friendly papers available in todays market. Jennifer Rose Packaging Solutions (www.eco-friendlypackaging.com ) is a direct importer of “tree free” paper. Made from a variety of agricultural bi-products we believe our paper is as “sustainable” as a material can be. The base of all of our paper is Cotton. Cotton is also blended with bamboo or silk to give a luxurous look and feel.
People as me many times can to explain the the process that is use to turn cotton into our paper. So here is my explaination:
"Not all cotton is measures up to the quality necessary to make clothing. Only the longest, highest-quality fibers are used to manufacture textiles. After ginning and combing to isolate and remove these textile fibers, a great deal of waste fiber remains, which is of inferior quality and has no value to the textile industry. This scrap material is use along with ”linters” to produce our cotton paper. Linters, another material that is used in the production of our “tree free” paper, are the tiny fibers that adhere to the cotton seed after ginning, and must be removed in order to efficiently extract valuable cottonseed oil. Linters are almost pure alpha cellulose, the stuff of which our paper is made. When garments are cut from cotton broadcloth, millions of pounds of trim waste are generated every year. Much of these trimmings are sent to landfills. Our vendors in India collect these cotton garment trimmings for use in its papers. It is interesting to note that for centuries, cotton “rags” were the primary source of papermaking fiber. It wasn’t until the late 1860s that most paper companies began cutting trees as their raw material "

Pictured here is an African Marigold, it is growing from seeds that are embedded in our "Plantable Branded Seeded Paper". What started out as a school project for my childrens class, is now a live growing plant. This will demonstrate the "sustainability" of our materials. "Tree Free Brand Paper" is handmade and 100% Cotton. Eco-friendly, it is perfect alternative some of those high priced "brand" named cotton papers. Use "tree free brand" paper for letterpress, or offset printing this paper is perfect for a variety of applications. Wedding invitations, social stationery, scrapbooking, and greeting cards will make a strong statement when printed on our paper. We currently stock and ship in white in 4 weights, 100, 150, 300, and 500 gsm and our parent size sheet is 22x29 inches.
